Learning objectives for this class are as follow: Teaching the fundamentals of holistic African dance techniques, emotion waves, and rhythms of life, as you connect to the person within through auto-suggestion, breath work and freedom of movement that explores the emotional, physical, cognitive and social interaction and integration of the individual so they can create a stronger and healthier mind/body, and improve mental wellness.
